He was released on pre trial probation. In February, he was arraigned by the same court again for assault and battery on a pregnant victim, and assault with a deadly weapon. ICE says he was released again by the Milford District Court. ICE found & arrested him on the streets in Milford, MA.

A story in itself that someone convicted of child rape in Brazil was caught and released at the US border. That conviction either didn’t flag, or they didn’t wait long enough for it to flag before releasing him. Whatever the reason, something obviously failed with the “vetting”.
