We witnessed the murder of Mohammad Anwar by two carjacking thugs and Bowser's response is to post how to "reduce the risk of your vehicle becoming a target."
Bowser should suggest steps on how to raise kids to not commit crimes and kill people. That might be a better approach to tackle the root cause of the problems in her city.
