Biden can't read the teleprompter. When he does manage to slur a few words together, he's largely incoherent.
When Biden's handlers prepare remarks that completely dismiss the FACT that Biden was a proud friend of former KKK leader and U.S. Senator Robert Byrd, they are playing with history and truth.

The Democrats are the party of the KKK. Nothing can alter that reality. Nothing can alter the reality of Robert Byrd's role as a leader in the Democrat party. Byrd was embraced by the Democrats, serving in the Senate until his death in 2010.

As a U.S. senator, in March 2001, while appearing on FOX News Sunday, Byrd made bigoted comments with no reprimand from his liberal cohorts.
