Christine O'Donnell and Jay Leno (Video)

Jay Leno has been merciless in his treatment of Delaware Republican U.S. Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell. There's been nothing good-natured about his weeks and weeks of "jokes."

Even after she was defeated by Democrat Chris Coons, Leno still targeted her. He has continued to mock and criticize her in his monologue as well as when discussing the midterm elections with guests.

In spite of Leno's very mean-spirited behavior, O'Donnell was a guest on the Tonight Show Wednesday night.

A different Leno showed up for the interview. It must have been difficult for him to maintain control, but he did.
