"Media Malpractice... How Obama Got Elected"

UPDATE, November 18, 2008: Zogby Poll: Almost No Obama Voters Ace Election Test

Zogby has been criticized for the poll. Barack Obama's supporters can't be happy with it, but sometimes the truth hurts.

Zogby statement on poll

"We stand by the results our survey work on behalf of John Ziegler, as we stand by all of our work. We reject the notion that this was a push poll because it very simply wasn't. It was a legitimate effort to test the knowledge of voters who cast ballots for Barack Obama in the Nov. 4 election. Push polls are a malicious effort to sway public opinion one way or the other, while message and knowledge testing is quite another effort of public opinion research that is legitimate inquiry and has value in the public square. In this case, the respondents were given a full range of responses and were not pressured or influenced to respond in one way or another. This poll was not designed to hurt anyone, which is obvious as it was conducted after the election. The client is free to draw his own conclusions about the research, as are bloggers and other members of society. But Zogby International is a neutral party in this matter. We were hired to test public opinion on a particular subject and with no ax to grind, that's exactly what we did. We don't have to agree or disagree with the questions, we simply ask them and provide the client with a fair and accurate set of data reflecting public opinion." - John Zogby

_______________

American voters chose Barack Obama to be the next president.

This footage for a documentary about the media's impact on the election has some disturbing revelations.

It makes clear that some voters were terribly uninformed. Clueless.

A Zogby poll asked similar questions as those posed by the documentarians and it produced similar results.

The Democrats know that many of their voters are exactly as this and they exploit them and their intelligence with outright lies and distortions.

I never thought I'd see the day that pure propaganda is what got a President elected, but, thanks to the MSM, this is exactly what we have just witnessed.

Oh that's rich! Sarah Palin could have ansered the same way as those uninformed citizens!

Fact is that both sides have some uninformed voters, but overall those that voted Democrat are better-educated than those that voted Republicans. And Obama ran his campaign on the hope that Americans are smart enough whereas mccain and Palin were hoping they weren't.

Anonymous, there are also those that thought he was "muslin". Talk about uninformed! And so what if he were Muslim? Or Jewish? Or atheist? Or agnostic? To think there are Americans that believe that would mean he couldn't be President. What a country.

There is no excuse for why voters who claim to be informed as at least one of the the women said she was, to NOT know who Barney Frank, Nancy Peloci, and Harry Reid are. IT is sad and disgusting!!! What is even sadder is that in my nutrition class today we were asked who the president elect was everyone responded Obama, we were also asked who the vice president elect is to which some responded McCain... ???? SAD!
