Herman Cain's death brought out the ugly from Democrats/Leftists.

I don't know how Democrats/Leftists can live with themselves. They are consumed by hate, so much so that they don't have the decency to be kind when a conservative dies. At the very least, they should exhibit some self-control and not immediately take to social media to demean the deceased.

They are so filled with hate that they don't realize how bad they are making themselves look when they publicly react this way.

A few examples:

Just the facts - Herman Cain went to the @realDonaldTrump TULSA SUPERSPREADER rally -no mask. The campaign squashed people close so the crowd would look bigger. They cheered for their President for hours. Cain tested positive for COVID nine days later. Now Herman Cain is dead.

Ron Paul wasn't included, probably because Paul Brittain is no longer an SNL cast member.

Newt Gingrich, played by Bobby Moynihan, was the leader of a colony on the Moon.

Bill Hader was the "Reagatron 3000," Gingrich's trusted robot advisor.

Kenan Thompson was the sex-obsessed Herman Cain.

Jason Sudeikis was Mitt Romney, wearing a flowered dress.

Kristen Wiig played Callista Gingrich.

The sketch was particularly mean to Gingrich's wife.



After the group witnesses the earth destruct, Callista suggests an open marriage to start a new civilization on the Moon, saying "it's a perfectly reasonable request for a man to ask of his wife."

Why target her for attack?

I don't recall SNL ever portraying Michelle Obama in a derogatory way.

Hermain Cain Endorses Newt Gingrich

Will Herman Cain's endorsement help Newt Gingrich?

It will probably help as much as Rick Perry's endorsement.

Despite signs that he could lose the important Florida primary on Tuesday, Newt Gingrich, who picked up the endorsement of a former opponent, Herman Cain, pledged Saturday to stay in the nominating race until the very end, telling reporters he would press on until the Republican convention in Tampa in August.

“I will go all the way to the convention,” Mr. Gingrich said after a rally at a golf course here. “I expect to win the nomination.”

Mr. Gingrich alluded to two national polls that he said showed him ahead, but it is the state polls that count, and in Florida they show him lagging 8 or 10 percentage points behind Mitt Romney.

Later, at a West Palm Beach County Republican dinner, Mr. Gingrich accepted the endorsement of Mr. Cain, the former business executive who ended his own presidential campaign in early December. Mr. Cain, sharing the stage with Mr. Gingrich, said he understood the “sausage grinder” of a presidential campaign and was inspired by Mr. Gingrich, who has been pilloried by many in his party who are worried that if he became the nominee, he would lose to President Obama in November.

Mr. Cain suspended his campaign after reports emerged of an extramarital affair, and it is not clear how much his endorsement would help Mr. Gingrich, who has also acknowledged extramarital affairs. But Mr. Cain’s plan for a 9 percent flat tax resonated with Tea Party supporters and other conservatives.

Gingrich vows to go all the way to the convention.

It makes sense that he'd say that now. Certainly, the goal is not to drop out of the race. Who knows what will happen down the road?

I don't think a spirited debate hurts Republicans.

What I don't like is the way Gingrich and Mitt Romney are ripping each other apart. They should focus on Obama.

Hillary Clinton and Obama engaged in a lengthy primary battle. It didn't hurt the Democrats in 2008.

I think Republicans should get a grip. The current climate of panic is premature.

Herman Cain has "suspended" his presidential campaign.

An unapologetic and defiant Herman Cain suspended his presidential campaign on Saturday, pledging that he “would not go away,” even as he abandoned hope of winning the Republican nomination. Instead, Mr. Cain announced what he called a “Plan B,” continued advocacy of his tax and foreign policy plans.

“As of today, with a lot of prayer and soul searching, I am suspending my presidential campaign,” Mr. Cain said. “Because of the continued distractions, the continued hurt caused on me and my family, not because we are not fighters. Not because I’m not a fighter.”

Mr. Cain, with his wife at his side, adamantly professed Saturday that the accusations of sexual harassment and of a long-term affair that have swamped his campaign were not true. The circus-like atmosphere surrounding Saturday’s announcement – complete with numerous postponements, barbecue, a blues band and supporters in colonial-era dress – was in keeping with the campaign’s irreverence and disarray since its inception: Mr. Cain, a self-styled rebel, announced his intention to run earlier this year at a rally, also in Atlanta, with the nonsensical phrase, “Aw, shucky ducky!”

For days now, the campaign has fueled a “will he or won’t he?” storm of speculation, at once thriving on the media’s attention while denouncing it as the source of Mr. Cain’s plummeting popularity. Mr. Cain’s critics have long posited that he was more interested in creating celebrity for himself – as a means to sell books and increase speaking fees – than in any serious candidacy.

Mr. Cain’s political unraveling was as swift and sudden as his ascent. It began just one month after an unlikely surge in the polls, from the bottom ranks to the top tier of Republican candidates, fueled by the strength of his performance in debates, the novelty of his 9-9-9 tax plan, and his Sept. 24 surprise victory in the Florida straw poll.

With his golden voice and folksy manner, Mr. Cain appealed to voters who sought an anti-establishment candidate.

So, Cain is out.

Ginger White is another nail in Herman Cain's political coffin.

The latest woman to come forward and accuse Cain of sexual impropriety claims she was involved with the presidential candidate for over a decade.

An Atlanta businesswoman is breaking her silence, claiming she has been involved in a 13-year-long affair with Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, FOX 5 senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell sat down with Ginger White, who had a story to tell.

“I'm not proud,” White told Russell. “I didn't want to come out with this. I did not.”

White was worried a political tsunami was headed her way. So, she decided to head it off, by confessing she was involved in a 13-year-long affair with presidential hopeful Herman Cain.

“It was pretty simple,” White said. “It wasn't complicated. I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship.”

Ginger White says she met Herman Cain in the late 90s in Louisville, Kentucky, when as president of the National Restaurant Association, he made a presentation. She was impressed. She says they shared drinks afterwards and he invited her back to his hotel room.

“’I'd like to see you again,’” White said Cain told her. “’You are beautiful to me, and I would love for us to continue this friendship.’”

She says in his hotel room, he pulled out a calendar and invited her to meet him in Palm Springs. She accepted, and she says the affair began.

“He made it very intriguing,” White told FOX 5. “It was fun. It was something that took me away from my humdrum life at the time. And it was exciting.”

She says he gave her his newly-published book, Leadership is Common Sense, and he wrote: “Miss G, you have already made a 'big difference!’ Stay focused as you pursue your next destination."

She says during the next 13 years, he would fly her to cities where he was speaking and he lavished her with gifts. She says they often stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead and dined at The Four Seasons restaurant. She says he never harassed her, never treated her poorly, and was the same man you see on the campaign trail.

“Very much the same, very much confident, very much sure of himself,” White said, describing Cain. “Very arrogant in a playful sometimes way. Very, ah -- Herman Cain loves Herman Cain.”

...Before our interview, we checked into Ginger White's background. We found she filed a sexual harassment claim against an employer in 2001. That case was settled.

We also found a bankruptcy filing nearly 23 years ago in Kentucky, and a number of eviction notices here in DeKalb County over the past six years. The most recent happened this month.

Ms. White says she has been unemployed, and she is a single mom with two kids struggling to make ends meet.

...We also found a lawsuit filed by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who once sought a "stalking temporary protective order" against Ms. White for "repeated e-mails/texts threatening lawsuit and defamation of character." The case was dismissed; but was followed by a libel lawsuit against Ms. White. A judge entered an order in favor of Kimberly Vay because Ms. White failed to respond to the lawsuit.

When asked why, under those circumstances, her claims against Cain should be believed, White said, “Because I admit it. Whatever happened with Kim happened. Just as there would make no sense for me to come out with these allegations against Herman if it absolutely wasn't true.”

Herman Cain, once again, insisted the allegations are false.

However, Herman Cain's attorney, Lin Wood, released the following statement:

"Mr. Cain has been informed today that your television station plans to broadcast a story this evening in which a female will make an accusation that she engaged in a 13-year long physical relationship with Mr. Cain. This is not an accusation of harassment in the workplace – this is not an accusation of an assault - which are subject matters of legitimate inquiry to a political candidate.

Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults - a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public. No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life. The public's right to know and the media's right to report has boundaries and most certainly those boundaries end outside of one's bedroom door.

Mr. Cain has alerted his wife to this new accusation and discussed it with her. He has no obligation to discuss these types of accusations publicly with the media and he will not do so even if his principled position is viewed unfavorably by members of the media."

That statement takes a far different tone than Cain's initial reaction to the allegations. It sounds like Cain did have an affair with White.

It's a private affair that Cain will not discuss.

Throughout the barrage of allegations, Cain has repeated the mantra that he never did anything wrong or inappropriate.

Adultery is inappropriate, but does it disqualify him from running for office?

If Cain were a Democrat, of course not.

SNL: Herman Cain, Secret Service Protection

SETH MEYERS: Herman Cain this week became the first Republican presidential candidate to receive Secret Service protection after he filed a request with the Department of Homeland Security, because it's dangerous out there for Cain. You never know when some lunatic might walk right up out of the crowd and ask him a question.

Panetta: India a Threat to U.S.

Herman Cain's command of foreign policy matters has come under fire.

When speaking with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Editorial Board, Cain appeared befuddled, struggling to get his bearings, when he was asked about Libya. By now, we've all seen the footage.

Whether you watch the news, listen to radio, or get your political information from comedians, the Cain Libyan confusion clip received saturation coverage.

Will Leon Panetta's confusion about the enemies and allies of the U.S. receive similar scrutiny?

It's highly unlikely.

From the Wall Street Journal:

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, in remarks Thursday, ranked U.S. ally India with China as a rising threat to the U.S. in Asia. The Pentagon quickly sought to roll back the remarks.

“We face the threats from rising powers — China, India, others — that we have to always have sufficient force protection out there in the Pacific to make sure they know we’re never going anywhere,” Mr. Panetta said during a visit to a shipyard in Groton, Conn., where he toured a submarine, the Mississippi, in the final stages of construction.

Pentagon spokesman Capt. John Kirby later sought to clarify Mr. Panetta’s comments. He said Mr. Panetta did not intend to suggest that India and China were military threats to the U.S. and that he believed it was important to forge closer military relations with both countries.

India is a threat to the U.S?

Really?

How can Panetta possibly consider India to be in the same category as China when it comes to potential threats to the U.S.?

While Cain as a possible Republican presidential nominee certainly needs to be vetted and his Libyan problem deserved some coverage, Panetta is currently in a high-ranking position in the Obama administration. In that sense, his India screw-up is more disturbing.

Panetta's incompetence on the job is far worse than Cain's incompetence exposed while vying for position on the Republican ticket.

I hope defense secretary Panetta is keeping an eye on Canada. We need sufficient protection from those Canadians, too. Canada certainly poses as significant a danger to our interests as India does.

Who is watching Alex Trebek?

I don't trust him.

Bill Maher and Jimmy Fallon (Video)

I was looking forward to relaxing after a rough day and watching some late night TV.

I enjoy Late Night with Jimmy Fallon because it's not heavy on politics. Most of the jokes aren't mean-spirited. It's usually just fun and funny.

So when I discovered that Bill Maher was on the show I was really disappointed, just not in the mood for Maher's crap.

Even worse, Maher had two segments.

Yeah, it was bad - two segments of Maher and, to some extent, Jimmy Fallon, bashing Catholics and Republicans.



Feeling alienated is not entertaining. Being mocked and insulted is not entertaining.

At the end of the day, I want to laugh or at least smile. I don't want to experience divisiveness and anger.

Once upon a time, Maher was funny. Watching him now, it's hard to believe that ever was the case.

The discussion about Catholicism was awful.

Why does Maher always have to bash Catholics and religion in general?

I respect his right not to believe in God. Why can't he show respect to believers? Instead, Maher is on a constant crusade, ridiculing people's faith in God.

Why can't he show some tolerance?

JIMMY FALLON: I have to say I loved Religulous.... Religulous - I never got to have you on the show for that, your documentary. Religulous - it's fantastic. That was such a great documentary, and you can download it now on iTunes or wherever it is, Apple TV. But you should check it out if you haven't seen it. Gosh, it made me laugh. It was so smartly done.

BILL MAHER: I didn't know that you were of that non-belief.

FALLON: Well, I'm not really. It's more that....

MAHER: What were you raised, Jimmy?

FALLON: I wanted to be a priest. I was Catholic.

MAHER: WHAT?

FALLON: I did. Yeah, I was really into it.

MAHER: And what deterred you? You got an erection at some point?

FALLON: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

MAHER: That'll do it. It's easy to want to be a priest when you're eight. You hit thirteen, that's a big stumbling block.

FALLON: Oh, I loved it, so I can see people getting so into it.

MAHER: Really?

FALLON: Well, people, weirdly enough, I had a conversation, they said, 'Maybe it was like your first experience on stage,' because you are on an altar and my parents used to come see me serve Mass and stuff like that. So it was like a big show for me.

MAHER: Wow. This is all... I've known you for so long and I never knew this about you. I never knew you wanted to be a priest. I didn't even know you liked little kids.

After the mandatory Catholic bashing, Maher went on to slam the Republican presidential candidates.

Speaking about Newt Gingrich, Maher asked, "Why are we digging up these relics, these curiosities from the 80s and 90s, and asking them what they think? Why don't we ask John Wayne Bobbitt's severed penis?"

Noting that most of the candidates have each been ahead of Mitt Romney in the polls at some point, Maher said, "Mitt Romney must feel like Casey Anthony in a Chuck E. Cheese."

He also joked about Herman Cain wearing a "pimp hat" in the midst of a sexual harassment scandal.

Maher was strictly anti-Republican on the show. Although he has criticized Obama in the past, he didn't during this appearance. Maher declared his full support for Obama, blaming the Republicans for making him run into Obama's arms.

There was no balance whatsoever. It was like a campaign commercial produced by the DNC. That was the problem.

I should have just turned it off.

Herman Cain: Libya

When presidential candidate Herman Cain was in Milwaukee yesterday, he met with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Editorial Board.

The Board is most likely thrilled with its "scoop."

From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, in the midst of a Midwestern campaign swing, stumbled badly Monday when attempting to answer a question about whether he agreed or disagreed with President Barack Obama's approach to handling the Libyan crisis.

Meeting with Journal Sentinel reporters and editors before fundraising appearances in Milwaukee and Green Bay, Cain was discussing foreign policy in general when he was asked specifically about Obama's handling of Libya.

Cain paused for some time, then wanted to clarify that Obama had supported the uprising. Clearly struggling to articulate a response, Cain paused again, saying, "Got all of this stuff twirling around in my head."

Finally, Cain said: "I would have done a better job of determining who the opposition is. And I'm sure that our intelligence people had some of that information. Based upon who made up that opposition . . . might have caused me to make some different decisions about how we participated. Secondly, no I did not agree with (Moammar) Gadhafi killing his citizens. Absolutely not. . . . I would have supported many of the things that they did to help stop that."

Cain said the question of America's involvement in Libya was not a simple yes or no question. "I would have gone about assessing the situation differently. It might have caused us to end up in the same place."

Told that a number of Republican leaders had praised Obama for his handling of the situation, Cain said he wasn't criticizing the president, "I just don't think enough was done relative to assessing the opposition before everything exploded."

Blah, blah, blah.

The Journal Sentinel brags about its "gotcha" moment:

Cain's answer, which began with a discussion of President George W. Bush's foreign policy before the Libya question came up, was recorded on video and posted as part of a series of unedited excerpts on the Journal Sentinel's online site. Each excerpt pertained to a different topic. The video quickly went viral and was linked to and embedded on a number of political websites around the country, as well as national newspapers and nightly cable and network news broadcasts.

Oh, good grief.

Who cares?

Why is that part of the coverage?

"Yippee! Our video went viral." That's irrelevant.

How unprofessional!

After the Journal Sentinel interview and a fundraiser in Milwaukee, Cain rode his campaign bus to Green Bay's Lambeau Field. As the bus approached its destination, his spokesman began fielding a flurry of media phone calls about his response to the Libya question.

When a Journal Sentinel reporter riding on the Cain bus asked him about the reaction his interview was getting, Cain responded with a smile and indicated he found the reaction ridiculous.

"I paused to make sure I didn't say something wrong. The fact of the matter is, I didn't. I didn't say anything wrong . . . but the fact I didn't answer immediately - I'm going to be honest with you, that is silly. That is silly!"

Said Cain: "I call it flyspecking every word, every phrase, and now they are flyspecking my pauses, but I guess since they can't legitimately attack my ideas, they will attack word and pauses. I'm kind of flattered that my pauses are so important that somebody wants to make a story out of it."

By the time his bus arrived at his campaign tailgate party at Lambeau, a large media scrum was waiting, and the first question was about the way he handled the question about Libya.

This is really lame.

Considering Obama can't get out a sentence correctly even when he's using his teleprompter, and considering that he is completely lost without it, I don't think it's fair to give so much weight to Cain's less than entirely smooth delivery when answering the Libya question.

If the JS Editorial Board had asked me the same question, I would have said that it's difficult to discuss Obama's approach to the Libya situation because it was so vague.

He supposedly applied the "lead from behind" doctrine.

Ooh! Lead from behind!

In other words, he dithered and stayed out of the way, then he took credit for skillfully removing Gaddafi from power, killing him.

In terms of stumbling badly on foreign policy, Cain's awkward response is nothing compared to Obama's recent remarks about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

From Haaretz:

U.S. President Barack Obama mentioned on Sunday morning the embarrassing gaffe that took place on November 3, when what he thought a private conversation between himself and French President Nicolas Sarkozy was broadcast to reporters.

Obama acknowledged the incident but refused to comment on disparaging remarks he and Sarkozy had made about Prime Minister Netanyahu. “With respect to the ‘hot mic’ in France, I'm not going to comment on conversations that I have with individual leaders,” Obama said in Hawaii.

Unaware that a microphone in the meeting room at the G20 summit at Cannes was on , Sarkozy was heard on November 3 calling Netanyahu "a liar" in what he thought was a private exchange with Obama.

"I cannot bear Netanyahu, he's a liar," Sarkozy told Obama, who was also unaware that the mic had been turned on and was being monitored by reporters via the headsets used for simultaneous translations.

Obama didn't exactly defend Netanyahu in that conversation, either. "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him even more often than you," Obama replied, according to wire service reports.

Now that is stumbling badly.

I think the Journal Sentinel's gushing over its "viral video" is also a bad stumble.

The audience at last night's Republican presidential debate didn't want to hear about the Herman Cain sexual harassment allegations.

When questions were raised about the matter, the audience booed.

There's no confusion or controversy. They didn't boo a gay soldier. They booed the media, and they deserved it.

The crap about character is so funny.

These Leftist members of the media didn't think character mattered when Bill Clinton was running for president, or having sex in the Oval Office, or lying under oath.

Character didn't matter for decades when Ted Kennedy was in the U.S. Senate.

Now, it's supposed to be an issue?

What a joke!

They didn't question Obama's character over his relationship with Bill Ayers or Jeremiah Wright or Tony Rezko.

Double standard. Same old, same old.

Cain's response when questioned about the harassment accusations was very good. He believes character does matter and he says he's dealing with character assassination.

I also liked the audience's response to the questions.

Karen Kraushaar - Harassment Claims

Yesterday, at Herman Cain's press conference, reporters seemed to enjoy the fact that another woman, Karen Kraushaar, had come forward and was willing to talk.

A second woman agreed to go public. Big stuff.

Perhaps Karen Kraushaar should have remained anonymous.

Accuser filed complaint in next job

A woman who settled a sexual harassment complaint against GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain in 1999 complained three years later at her next job about unfair treatment, saying she should be allowed to work from home after a serious car accident and accusing a manager of circulating a sexually charged email, The Associated Press has learned.

Karen Kraushaar, 55, filed the complaint while working as a spokeswoman at the Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Justice Department in late 2002 or early 2003, with the assistance of her lawyer, Joel Bennett, who also handled her earlier sexual harassment complaint against Cain in 1999. Three former supervisors familiar with Kraushaar's complaint, which did not include a claim of sexual harassment, described it for the AP under condition of anonymity because the matter was handled internally by the agency and was not public.

To settle the complaint at the immigration service, Kraushaar initially demanded thousands of dollars in payment, a reinstatement of leave she used after the accident earlier in 2002, promotion on the federal pay scale and a one-year fellowship to Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, according to a former supervisor familiar with the complaint. The promotion itself would have increased her annual salary between $12,000 and $16,000, according to salary tables in 2002 from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

Kraushaar told the AP she considered her employment complaint "relatively minor" and she later dropped it.

"The concern was that there may have been discrimination on the job and that I was being treated unfairly," Kraushaar said.

Kraushaar said Tuesday she did not remember details about the complaint and did not remember asking for a payment, a promotion or a Harvard fellowship. Bennett, her lawyer, declined to discuss the case with the AP, saying he considered it confidential. Kraushaar left her job at the immigration service after dropping the complaint in 2003, and she went to work at the Treasury Department.

Details of the workplace complaint that Kraushaar made at the immigration service are relevant because they could offer insights into how she responded to conflicts at work.

Kraushaar's pattern of filing harassment complaints certainly is significant.

She demands thousands of dollars to settle.

...Kraushaar's complaint was based on supervisors denying her request to work full time from home after a serious car accident in 2002, three former supervisors said. Two of them said Kraushaar also was denied previous requests to work from home before the car accident.

The complaint also cited as objectionable an email that a manager had circulated comparing computers to women and men, a former supervisor said. The complaint claimed that the email, based on humor widely circulated on the Internet, was sexually explicit, according to the supervisor, who did not have a copy of the email. The joke circulated online lists reasons men and women were like computers, including that men were like computers because "in order to get their attention, you have to turn them on." Women were like computers because "even your smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for later retrieval."

Kraushaar told the AP that she remembered the complaint focusing on supervisors denying her the opportunity to work from home after her car accident. She said other employees were allowed to work from home.

In Kraushaar's complaint, she mentioned she was troubled by a "sexually explicit" joke circulating on the Internet, comparing men and women to computers.

Good grief. While she apparently didn't charge supervisors at the immigration service with sexual harassment specifically, she did include her objections to a lame Internet joke in her complaint. She was offended.

Kraushaar and her a lawyer, Joel Bennett, probably tossed that in there, hoping something would stick. Alas, the duo were unsuccessful. She dropped the matter.

It appears that when Kraushaar has a beef with an employer, she responds by getting her go-to-guy Bennett to file a harassment complaint. Filing a frivilous complaint and demanding thousands of dollars from her employer doesn't exactly boost her credibility.

She calls Herman Cain a "serial denier."

It appears that she may be a "serial accuser."

Sharon Bialek and Bill Kurtis

CBS anchor Bill Kurtis shared some information on Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek that isn't being covered in the mainstream media.

Kurtis made the comments on Monday's Roe & Roeper on WLS radio.

"A lot of people know her, and she has a history."

"There's a lot more to the story, and it really is just developing."

"I'm looking at Sharon Bialek, and she speaks well. She's attractive. She has the lock of blonde hair sweeping down over one of her eyes... Herman's dead. It's over. The story is done. And she has details, and of course, they're just up to the edge. 'And he grabbed my head and pushed it down.' And then I arrived in the elevator at work, and I hear very quickly a different kind of story. And I really haven't confirmed it so I don't want Gloria [Allred] to come after me. But I can assure you that there will be far more to the story."

"Let's put Herman and Sharon in the car at the same time, and the roles may even have been reversed, given the track record here."

Very interesting.

I was very impressed with Lin Wood's statement and demeanor.

What a difference between Wood and Gloria "Stimulus Package" Allred!

Wood acted professionally.

Cain's statement was also impressive. More impressive to me was Cain's willingness to take questions from reporters.

Clearly, if the campaign believed Cain could trip up during an open session with the press on live TV, that he had something to hide or his comments could come back to bite him, Cain would not have taken questions. He would have read a statement and walked away, like the president.

Sharon Bialek (Video)

Sharon Bialek, registered Republican, spouted some rather explosive allegations against Herman Cain in her press conference with Gloria Allred.

GLORIA ALLRED: Instead of receiving the help that [Sharon Bialek] had hoped for [in finding a job], Mr. Cain instead decided to provide her with his idea of a 'stimulus package,' which she will describe.

Good grief.

Way to make the accusation by her client seem legitimate!

Allred doesn't mind being a joke, literally.

Bialek said that she met Mr. Cain during a conference for the National Restaurant Association when she worked for the NRA's education foundation in Chicago during 1996. Says Cain invited her and her boyfriend to a private party in his hotel suite.

She was fired from the NRA soon after, apparently for not raising enough money for the foundation. She said that, at the suggestion of her boyfriend, arranged a meeting with Mr. Cain in Washington to talk about her future with the NRA.

She says Cain hooked her up with a "palatial suite" in Washington, D.C. Cain told her later that he had arranged for the "upgrade."

Bialek says Cain took her to the NRA offices — she thought they were going inside, but Cain reached under her skirt to grab her genitals and tried to force her head down to his crotch. She says she said: "What are you doing? That's not what I came here for." To which she alleges Cain responded "You want a job don't you?"

Bialek says she didn't file a complaint because she didn't work for the NRA.

This is a total "he said, she said" situation.

There's no official record of Bialek's story. She didn't file any complaint or tell anyone details of the incident at the time, not even her boyfriend.

That's weird.

SHARON BIALEK: I didn't tell them the details because, quite frankly, I was very embarrassed that Mr. Cain had been sexually inapproproiate to me.

I don't buy Bialek's reason for not telling her boyfriend what happened.

Why be embarrassed that she suffered this alleged abuse by Cain? I don't believe she wouldn't confide in someone as close to her as her boyfriend.

...Allred won't let the press ask Bialek any questions, and says Bialek is not filing any claim against Cain or the NRA. She adds that Bialek approched her, but is not interested in selling her story.

Bialek approached Allred.

That's very, very telling.

Bialek has an awful employment history and has had money problems. She's had bankruptcy filings. When her son was born in 1999, a paternity lawsuit was filed by the father, a media executive. Quite a mess.

She seems very unstable.

That ABC7 interview with Bialek's current fiance, Mark Harwood, is weird. We learn that her fiance just found out about the alleged Herman Cain incident a few days ago himself.

What is with Bialek withholding information about significant occurrences in her life from those close to her?

It's not normal.

There are a lot of red flags here.

On November 1st, I predicted it.

I suppose Gloria Allred is going nuts trying to find the accusers.

It was a simple prediction to nail.

Of course, Gloria Allred would insert herself into the story.

I knew she'd sniff out a Herman Cain accuser or one would find her.

She has quite a highlight reel.

Recall her infamous Anthony Weiner "package" press conference, with former porn star Ginger Lee.



That prompted Jay Leno to include this in his monologue:

JAY LENO: Well, the evidence just kept mounting against [Weiner]. It was unbelievable. You probably heard of this. A former porn star, an actress who exchanged e-mails with Weiner, held a press conference with her lawyer, Gloria Allred. Did you see this yesterday? And the porn star said that Weiner often steered the conversation toward sex.

You know, I don't want to defend the Congressman, but SHE'S A PORN STAR! What are you going to talk about? The debt ceiling? Hello? Maybe get a three way with Jenna Jameson on the crisis in Libya. Can we do that possibly?

And did you see this? Gloria Allred... she was reading Weiner's sex messages out loud. And, you know, typical lawyer, now she's trying to make a buck on it. Look at this:
